The West Dorset Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale

Elm Tree converts for gravity dispense!

Pub changes bar to allow traditional ale service. We were pleased to hear that the Elm Tree at Langton Herring now has a back bar for their real ales and will only be selling them from the barrel. They will have two ales on until their beer festival (24th May-2nd June) and during the summer hope to be busy enough to keep three. Regular beers will be selected from: Otter Ale, Ringwood Best. Butcombe and Exmoor Ale. For the beer festival they will have beers from Waylands, Small Paul’s, Branscome, Corfe Castle and Yeovil breweries.
