Ferrybridge, Wyke Regis pub at risk

Two Planning applications have been put in for redevelopment of this site. The council web site contains details. Local people are already registering their comments. Application WP/14/00921/OUT is the only one which includes a pub. The other is for a development of flats only and therefore would result in Wyke losing one of its two remaining pubs.
