The Sadborow Estate Yard in Thorncombe is home to Gyle 59 brewery. It’s location at the extreme west of Dorset makes getting there an interesting challenge. It has a TA postcode (Taunton).
However it is only a couple of miles from that well known landmark the Bottle Inn in Marshwood. The shop is open Monday – Friday 9-5 for sales of Bottled beers and on Saturdays as a Bar from 11am to 4pm. They are holding an Xmas Party on Saturday 12th – so do visit if you can. We now have at least nine breweries in Dorset with their own shop – plenty of choice for getting Xmas gifts??.
