New landlords at The Chalk and Cheese

The new landlords say they want to turn it back into a community hub.

The Chalk and Cheese is now the only pub in the village of Maiden Newton which once was home to six inns.

After a five-day refurb the pub is welcoming the community back for drinks at the bar, and even has work in progress to unveil a new beer garden.
