As reported in the Dorset Echo; the Bottle Inn at Marshwood has been sold to new owners who plan to reopen the pub in the spring.
Member JP reports “I went to the Bottle on opening day – two Ringwoods and Hobgoblin available”.
Nigel Blake, the current licensee at the iconic Bottle Inn, Marshwood announced yesterday that the pub will soon be closing.

We’re delighted that a pub in our area won it.
The Bottle is now in a select group of 16 pubs nationally which go forward to the next stage of the competition.
