The Clock House at Chideock will re-open on 15th July.
After almost 18 months of negotiation, clearing down and rebuilding work, this lovely thatched pub is about to re-open.

Some very good news on the rebuilding front from The Clock House Chideock.
Rebuilding is well under way and there has been a decision from the Insurance Ombudsman.
The net result is that there will be an insurance shortfall, but this will be much less than initially feared.

A new temporary bar is open in Chideock called “the lost souls bar”.
It provides a refuge for customers from the village by offering another watering hole whilst the Clock House rebuilding work proceeds.
