Palmers Brewery’s widely renowned dark ale Tally Ho! takes Silver award. Results were announced on Friday from the CAMRA National Winter Ales Festival in Derby giving this fine local beer it’s well deserved place among the Old Ale Strong Milds group.

Dorchester Beerex – another fantastic festival. Early indications are that Dorchester Beerex 2016 has raised over £10,500 for local good causes (including the £1534 from the raffle). Thanks to all our volunteers, barrel sponsors, and main sponsor – Palmers Brewery.

CAMRA Regional Meeting at Palmers Bridport seeks Fuller’s agreement re Gales branding. At the Meeting, Fullers Head Brewer, John Keeling, acknowledged that branding for beers now brewed at Chiswick should not contain misleading information. It is now expected that pumpclips etc. will be changed to reflect this agreement.
