We’ve long been impressed with the local guide sheets produced by our colleagues in Kernow (Cornwall).
We have also been thinking of producing some sort of guide for our area.
The rapid rate of change within our pubs makes keeping guide books up-to-date impossible.

Weymouth Octoberfest opens in three weeks time.
The first anniversary issue – Issue Number 6 – of Giant Dongle is published to coincide with our festival.
Just three months since we reprinted it over half of our stock has now been sold and outlets are regularly asking us for re-supply.
Our pub guide has SOLD OUT and we have now commissioned a reprint.
We’ve identified over 25 changes to pubs in the eight months since the guide was launched at Octoberfest 2010.

Our new branch newsletter “The Giant Dongle” was published to coincide with our Octoberfest beer festival.
It has now been loaded onto the web site to allow anyone who is interested to read it.

The third edition of CAMRA’s well received West Dorset Pub Guide will be launched at Weymouth’s Octoberfest on Friday 1st October.
