There is just under a week to go as the Friends of the Elm Tree need to raise approximately £300,000 to save their beloved pub and as well as monies raised at events, the group also has a crowdfunder running which currently stands at £51,973.

Weymouth Octoberfest is set to return over the weekend of Friday & Saturday October the 4th & 5th.
The festival is organised by West Dorset Campaign for Real Ale volunteers and held in Weymouth Pavilion’s Ocean room.

The pub closed earlier this year after tenants left the pub.
Now the owners of the pub, Jason Osborne and Michelle Tempest, who perviously ran the pub between 2017 to 2020 are returning.

In recent years the prominent street corner venue has been a Thai pub-restaurant, and a steak bar, before being converted to a Brazilian themed restaurant in October 2019.
