A major fire ripped through this lovely pub 11 months ago. See out previous items here and here. We are pleased to see that the rebuilding is well underway and demonstrates a very sympathetic reconstruction. Hopefully the pub will re-open in the summer!!
The future of the pub, which burned down at the beginning of May, has been unclear for several months. Now the owners of the pub, Punch Taverns, have unveiled plans to rebuild it and reopen it as a full working pub. Read More.
