Wykefest a success for Julia’s House

Resurrected festival makes a great contribution in first attempt! Tony Egerton, who helped organise the event reports “After all bills paid a total of £3,200 was raised for Julia’s House, not bad for a small beer and cider festival. Well done to Rhos at Smugglers and Sophie from DBC who did most of the organising. Thanks also to my small but hard-working band of local members. Hopefully next year we can spread into the park next door.”
